Returns Policy — Emily & Grace

Not satisfied? You may return items within 30 days of receipt.

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, please request a return form from Customer Support. Always include your order number.

Conditions

  1. The item includes all original parts, accessories and tags. Please return it securely packaged (original packaging preferred but not required if the item is protected).

  2. Normal handling to inspect the item is expected; damage from careless or improper use is excluded.

  3. Hygiene-sensitive items (bikinis, lingerie, underwear, socks) are returnable only if unopened and the hygiene seal is intact.

  4. If the product is faulty on arrival, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  5. Return shipping costs are for the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

  6. Returns are processed within 7 working days after arrival. If the conditions are met, your return will be confirmed within this period.

  7. Defects must be evidenced with clear photos of the product and packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if we reasonably suspect the item has been used or damaged other than by us.

How do I return my order?

If your order meets the conditions above, please email info@emilyandgrace.com with:

  1. Order number

  2. Reason for the return request

  3. Photo(s) if the item is damaged/faulty

  4. First and last name

  5. Customer address

We will then contact you with the return form (RMA) and the correct return address.
Never send the return to the sender’s address on the parcel; use only the address we provide. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or wrongly delivered.

Order cancellation (cool-off)

All orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if not yet dispatched, without giving any reason.
Contact Customer Support at info@emilyandgrace.com or reply to your order confirmation. If already dispatched, please use the returns procedure above.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE USING THE ADDRESS PROVIDED BY EMILY & GRACE. RETURNS SENT ELSEWHERE MAY BE DELAYED OR REFUSED.
